The 2024 NFL draft class for the Cleveland Browns has received mixed reviews from analysts and fans alike. Some believe they reached early, but there has been a lot of praise for their day three picks, where they found tremendous value relative to their draft position, including not having a fourth-round pick. With rookie minicamp coming up this weekend (May 10th-12th), the newest Browns will begin fighting for roster spots. In turn, some players on the 53-man roster last year will be beaten out this year by draft picks and potentially UDFAs.
The defensive tackle room is full after the Browns added two draft picks to the group, including using their top pick on Ohio State’s Michael Hall Jr., meaning they’ll have to cut someone from last year’s group.
