Browns wide receiver Amari Cooper’s status for this Thursday night’s game against the Jets is up in the air.
On Wednesday, the Browns listed Cooper as questionable for Week 17. He’s currently dealing with a heel injury.
If Cooper is unable to go, that would be a huge hit to Cleveland’s passing game. This past Sunday, he hauled in 11 passes for 265 yards and two touchdowns.
Overall, Cooper has 1,250 receiving yards and five touchdowns this season.

Browns quarterback Joe Flacco referred to Cooper as a “special” player this week.
“He’s special,” Flacco told reporters. “I mean, we were able to get him open downfield a little bit, but he was also able to go up for some balls and just be strong through the catch. He’s a special player.”
Flacco would have to lean heavily on tight end David Njoku if Cooper is ruled out for Thursday night.
