The “Dawg Pound XL” will provide fans exciting opportunities to celebrate one of its biggest traditions.
The Cleveland Browns are celebrating the 40th anniversary of the iconic Dawg Pound with a season-long initiative titled “Dawg Pound XL.” The campaign honors the passion, loyalty, and legacy of one of the NFL’s most recognizable fan traditions, originally sparked in 1985 by Browns legends Hanford Dixon and Frank Minnifield.
“Dawg Pound XL” will roll out unique content, fan events, and activities throughout the 2025 season. Highlights include special gate giveaways at training camp, a dedicated Dawg Pound game day against the Packers on September 21, and a season-long focus on fan experiences, including dog adoptions and the return of the Dawg Pound captain’s pregame guitar smash.
