Browns tease announcement coming on Wednesday

New helmet incoming

The Cleveland Browns officially kick off their 2025 training camp on Wednesday with the full squad in Berea. A lot of questions remain about who will start at quarterback, whether one of those QBs could be traded and whether or not either of the rookies is able to unseat the veterans.

There also remains the questions surrounding RB Quinshon Judkins. Now one of just two NFL draft picks unsigned, Judkins’ legal battle could delay his contract as well.

Wednesday could come with another new for the Browns, a new helmet. We’ve covered reports that a new helmet could be coming and the team’s social media seemed to hint that the unveiling will come on Wednesday:

With everything related to the uniforms in Cleveland sponsored by Dude Wipes, the expectation of a brown helmet will likely bring loads of jokes. There will also be many Browns fans who make comments about spending time, energy and money on marketing while the team on the field struggles (despite those being totally different departments of the organization).

For now, we have a 24-hour window to speculate on what the announcement is (we all believe it’s a new helmet) and what that helmet will likely look like.
