In his first season in Cleveland, Jeudy posted career numbers to land at No. 82 in the annual ranking of players.
The NFL world is counting down the days until the start of training camps across the league later this month.
With the league in what is its only slow period of the calendar, it presents a perfect opportunity for ranking things, such as defensive end Myles Garrett and tight end David Njoku landing on ESPN’s lists of the Top 10 players at their positions. Or our ongoing series here at Dawgs By Nature of the five most memorable games the Browns have played against each of their 2025 opponents.
The league is no different; this week, NFL.com started its annual listing of the game’s Top 100 players of 2025, as voted on by the players themselves – so you know it’s legit!
Even with the Cleveland Browns coming off a 3-14 season, there are some notable players who will appear on the list, including Garrett, who should be top-ranked non-quarterback when all is said and done. Cornerback Denzel Ward is also one to watch for, and left guard Joel Bitonio may even sneak in if his league brethren are being honest.

One player we know for sure who made it is wide receiver Jerry Jeudy, who makes his debut on the list by coming in at No. 82.
In his first season with the Browns, Jeudy posted career highs in receptions (90) and receiving yards (1,229), and was second in touchdown receptions (4). He led the NFL in receiving yards with 811 from Weeks 11 to 18, which included a game against his former team, the Denver Broncos, where he had nine catches for 235 yards and a touchdown.
Unfortunately for Jeudy and the Browns, that night against the Broncos was ruined by quarterback Jameis Winston throwing a pair of touchdowns to the Broncos.
Speaking of which, Jeudy’s season is all the more impressive when you consider he accomplished those numbers while playing with a quarterback room that was one of the worst in NFL history.
So with the upgrades the Browns have made at the position, Jeudy may find his name sticking to this list in the years ahead.
