The Cleveland Browns are preparing for their fifth NFL draft under Executive Vice President of Football Operations and general manager Andrew Berry this weekend.
Through his first four drafts, it is hard to get a good read of his success and hit rate on players given the lack of premium assets over the past two seasons. He has seen split success on mid-round picks, but this is on par with the rest of the NFL’s general managers as hitting outside of the top-15 picks is historically not an easy task to accomplish.
However, the two first round picks and two second round picks he has had have all turned into multi-year starters with one player getting a contract extension already (and another likely to get one this summer). One first round pick has seen his fifth-year option picked up, with the other likely to get his picked up in May as well.
Who else has Berry added to the Browns’ roster via the NFL draft? Here is every draft pick the Browns have made with Berry at the helm over the past four drafts.
