Joe Flacco led the Browns to a playoff berth with his performance against the Jets on Thursday night, throwing for 309 yards and three touchdowns. Not only did he receive a ton of praise from the fans after it was over, he received a nice bonus from the front office.
Two weeks ago, the Browns added an incentive to Flacco’s contract where he’d earn an additional $75,000 after each win.
With that said, Flacco earned a $75,000 bonus for Thursday’s win over the Jets

Flacco could earn even more money this postseason. If he leads the Browns to a win in the Wild Card round, he would receive a $250,000 bonus. If his improbable run continues past the divisional round, he’ll earn another $500,000.
In the rare event Flacco leads the Browns to a Super Bowl title, he’ll get a $2 million bonus. He’d probably get his own statue in Cleveland too.
In total, Flacco’s deal includes $4.05 million in incentives.
