Stefanski did a tremendous job with the Browns this season and led them to the playoffs despite a swath of injuries. They were down to their fourth quarterback by the end of the season (Joe Flacco) but they were still able to make the playoffs.
They also were without star running back Nick Chubb for most of the season and were still able to win some tough games.
With their healthy returning players, this could potentially be a pretty dangerous team next season.
