LeBron James got some work in on Tuesday with one of the best athletes in the NFL.
As the King gets ready for the Lake Show’s six-game home stand starting this week, James was spotted lifting weights on Instagram with Browns All-Pro defensive end (and occasional hooper) Myles Garrett.
“IRON SHARPENS IRON!! Big Bro & Big Lil Bro getting after it! Giving him the full Blueprint and more!” Bron captioned the post. “P.S. I know y’all know this already but he’s an ABSOLUTE BEAST!!”

It’s cool to see some of the game’s best linking up and getting after it. LeBron’s work ethic is legendary when it comes to taking care of his body so that it’s still firing all these years later.
At 28-years-old, Garrett is still very much in the middle of his prime with five Pro Bowls, three first-team All-Pro selections and a Defensive Player of the Year Award to his name.
LeBron has always been one to show love to younger players, especially ones that represent his home state and the city of Cleveland. The Browns surprised the NFL world when they were able to stay afloat and make the playoffs after Deshaun Watson’s season-ending shoulder injury.
Garrett will do his part to make sure everyone sees them coming in 2024.
