The Cleveland Browns may have their hands forced by their best player as defensive end Myles Garrett has requested a trade from the team after eight seasons in Northeast Ohio.
While some think this request is just a ploy for a new contract from Garrett, ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler has reported that this request has nothing to do with the money. It has everything to do with Garrett’s desire to win a Super Bowl as he nears a decade in the NFL.

Garrett endured a 0-16 campaign in his rookie season. Overall, he has experienced just two winning seasons in his eight seasons in Cleveland. We will see if the Browns can find a way to salvage their relationship with the reigning NFL Defensive Player of the Year, but it appears he is not bluffing.
