Jim Harbaugh will presumably choose his own offensive coordinator upon joining the Los Angeles Chargers. Kellen Moore is quickly drawing interest around the NFL.
According to NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero, the Philadelphia Eagles and Cleveland Browns requested interviews with Moore for their offensive coordinator vacancies. The Chargers are expected to permit him to speak with them.

After finishing his playing career, the former quarterback stayed with the Dallas Cowboys as their quarterbacks coach in 2018. They promoted him to offensive coordinator the following year.
Under Moore, the Cowboys twice finished first in total offense. They also led the league in scoring in 2021.
When head Mike McCarthy took over play-calling duties, Moore went to the Chargers last offseason. He had high expectations when given an offense led by Justin Herbert, but the Chargers finished 18th in total offense.
The 35-year-old may have a chance to return to the NFC East with the Eagles, who dismissed offensive coordinator Brian Johnson following a late-season meltdown. Philadelphia averaged 18.9 points while losing six of its final seven games, including a 32-9 first-round elimination by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Jalen Hurts threw a career-high 15 interceptions with a personal-low 11.0 yards per completion.
On the other hand, Cleveland’s offense dazzled down the stretch behind an unlikely resurgence from Joe Flacco. The veteran tossed 11 touchdowns during a four-game winning streak, during which the Browns tallied 124 points.
However, Flacco threw two pick-sixes in a 45-14 playoff loss to the Houston Texans. Despite the unit’s prior hot streak, the Browns fired offensive coordinator Alex Van Pelt.
A returning Deshaun Watson will resume the starting quarterback role in 2024.
