The decor and city signage plan for the NBA All-Star Game, which will be hosted at Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse, received an early approval earlier Thursday from the Downtown and Flats Design Review Committee. The plan will bring dynamic lighting, signage, statues, and other interaction points throughout the city next February when thousands of basketball fans pour into the city. A Cleveland Script Sign may be moved to Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse, although it will be removed after the event.
