Cleveland Cavaliers rookie sensation Evan Mobley plans to return to the lineup on Saturday, barring any setbacks with his injured right elbow. Mobley was injured on November 15 against the Boston Celtics.
In all, Mobley missed four games. The Cavs went 0-4 without Mobley. Overall, Cleveland has lost five straight games to fall under .500 on the season.
Mobley has averaged 14.6 points, 8.0 rebounds, 2.5 assists. 1.6 blocks and 1.0 steals per game. He’s been a key component to the Cavaliers playing a big lineup with three 7-footers sharing the floor at the same time. Mobley’s ability to defend on the perimeter has allowed J.B. Bickerstaff to get creative with his rotation.
