On Saturday morning, the football world received heartbreaking news. Former Ohio State star and NFL quarterback Dwayne Haskins has passed away at just 24 years old.
ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported that Haskins died this morning when he got hit by a car in South Florida. The former first-round pick was reportedly working out in South Florida this week with other Steelers quarterbacks, running backs and wide receivers.
Immediately after the news broke, a plethora of former Ohio State players went on social media to share their thoughts on this tragedy.

Haskins had an excellent career at Ohio State, throwing for 4,831 yards and 50 touchdowns during the 2018 season. He was then selected by Washington in the first round of the 2019 NFL Draft.
