The late Dwayne Haskins was on the minds of Ohio State players, coaches and fans during the Buckeyes’ spring game on Saturday.
Ohio State honored Haskins – who tragically passed away after being struck by a vehicle earlier this month – in several ways during the scrimmage. One included a touching tribute video.
The Buckeyes displayed an incredible tribute video during halftime of Saturday’s spring game in Columbus.
Take a look.
A kid who had a dream and left a legacy.

It’s a bit dusty in here. Dwayne Haskins will be sorely missed.
Ryan Day wanted Saturday’s spring game to be a celebration of Haskins’ life and the legacy he left behind at Ohio State.
It sounds like that mission was accomplished.
“It will be nice to have Buckeye nation together for this event on Saturday, to celebrate our team and the hard work we put in the spring but also to get everybody together to honor Dwayne, and I think that’s appropriate,” Day said, via Saturday Tradition. “It’s gonna be a lot of excitement, but also some moments in the day that’ll be deep thoughts based on our memories with Dwayne playing in that stadium.”
Ohio State players and coaches will no doubt keep Haskins on their minds throughout the 2022-23 season.
The Buckeyes are expected to be one of the best teams in the sport later this fall.
