A member of Ohio State’s offensive line has reportedly decided that it’s time to walk away from football.
According to Dan Hope at Eleven Warriors, Buckeyes senior Trey Leroux, who received his degree this winter, will forgo his remaining eligibility and begin his career in the finance sector.

A three-star recruit in the 2020 cycle, Leroux filled in sparingly on the Bucks’ O-line over his four seasons in Columbus but still had two years remaining thanks to a redshirt and the COVID year.
The Ohio native appeared in three games for the school in 2021 but did not see any playing time in either of the last two seasons. Now Leroux will begin the next chapter of his life working for JPMorgan Chase & Co., leaving OSU’s program with 85 scholarship players for the 2024 campaign.
Buckeyes fans will get their first look at this year’s version of the Scarlet and Gray on April when the team hosts its spring game at Ohio Stadium on the 13th.
