In preparation for his first year at Ohio State, one offensive line recruit has started packing on the pounds in order to make a proper playing weight. So far, he appears to be crushing his goal.
Taking to X on Wednesday, 2024 four-star offensive lineman Deontae Armstrong revealed his new weight on the scale: 295 pounds. He then declared that he’s up 20 pounds from just two weeks ago.
“275 just two weeks ago,” Armstrong wrote, adding a flexing emoji.
We can probably assume that it’s weight he’s been putting on through bulking and exercise and not just the end result of two weeks of eating fast food for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Fans are eager to see what he can do for the team next year:

“Big man doing big things!” one user wrote.
“Haters will say it’s photoshopped. Can’t wait for those Armstrong bros to protect our QBs,” wrote another.
“Evidently the food at OSU is doing the job !! Keep it up and enjoy college,” a third wrote.
Will Armstrong be an impact player on the offensive line for the Buckeyes?
