Will Ohio State have Marvin Harrison Jr. at its disposal for the Cotton Bowl Classic this Friday? Ryan Day was asked that question during Thursday’s press conference.
Day ultimately declined to comment on Harrison’s status. He told reporters, “We’ll know in about 24 hours.”
It seems like Day doesn’t want to ruin Harrison’s moment, especially if the All-Big Ten wideout plans on going pro.

Harrison hasn’t practiced for the Buckeyes this week, so it’s unlikely he plays in Friday’s game against Missouri.
However, Harrison hasn’t revealed if he’s declaring for the NFL Draft yet. In fact, last time he spoke to the media, he said he was undecided.
“Still undecided,” Harrison told reporters. “You guys know, coming into this year I wanted to beat ‘the team up north’ and win a Big Ten championship and obviously I didn’t do that this year. I think that’s a great motive to come back if that’s what I decide to do. It’s something I definitely wanted to do in my Ohio State career and not having done that yet, that opens the door for me to come back.”
If Harrison declares for the upcoming draft, he’ll leave Ohio State with 2,613 receiving yards and 31 touchdowns.
