News and Notes for Thursday, May 29th, 2025.
The Cleveland Guardians avoided a sweep with an 8th inning rally. The quality of at bats from throughout the order yesterday was a breath of fresh air, especially Nolan Jones. Jones came in for Steven Kwan and went 3-for-3 including two hits vs. lefties and one against right handed pitching.
Steven Kwan left the game with wrist soreness and Lane Thomas was benched with plantar fasciitis. Quincy has the full update on the outfield.
Quincy and Matt will be recording a mailbag episode of the Disgusting Baseball Podcast tonight. If you have a question you would like them to tackle, leave it in the comments below!
