The Guardians dropped the series finale to the Twins 5-4, breaking a streak of winning 14 straight games when the score was decided by one-run against Minnesota.
Nicole has your recap here. The Guardians couldn’t quite overcome a bad first inning from Joey Cantillo, but it was nice to see him finish strong. CJ Kayfus getting his first hit was the big highlight.

Stephen Vogt offered some comments about his lineup philosophy in this piece by Tim Stebbins. I think my main point of disagreement with him remains that he needs to recognize that not everyone needs to play 3-4 times a week. Some guys are bench bats for a reason.
